Updates for April 17th, 2008:
Phoenix Gate Litters Are Here!!!
We have finally been successful in 3 of our pairings with 3 litters born in April. Px Lovecraft x Px Kiernan, Px Wasabi Georgia x Px Brigitte and Px Wasabi Georgia x Px Tempura Georgia all delivered healthy litters. See current litters page for more information and photos. We will begian the pairing of the Hawaiian and other planned breedings the last week in April for May litters.
Important Wait List Changes and Updates
We will no longer use any previous wait lists created prior to April of 2008. A brand new wait list has been started in an effort to improve the adoption and wait list process. If you are not currently on a wait list or where on a old wait list, please email me ASAP with your requests and any updates so that I know you are still interested. This is the only way you will be considered for a placement out of the current or any planned litters.

Ongoing Important Announcements
The Ratster.com is Back!!!
First off, I am happy to announce that Phoenix Gate Rattery has taken over the maintenance and hosting of The Ratster at www.ratster.com
I will be spending the next few days cleaning the old listings up and adding new ones. If you are an already listed member and want your information changed, updated or deleted, let me know. Also, for any new listing, please send all the needed information to my email. Those listings that go to dead links, pages not found, no longer breeding/rescuing, etc. will be deleted. I will be updating the listings once a month.
Adoption and Pick Up Notices
If I am holding any babies for pickup as you have them reserved, you need to contact me as soon as possible for pickup plans. I will no longer be "holding" people's babies for more than a period of 2 weeks after they turn 5 weeks of age (so by the time they are 8 weeks of age) before you will lose your reservations unless there are special circumstances involved. Adopters need to plan on adopting their babies around the time of their weaning date, not several weeks later. I also ask that all those who are awarded reservations on current born litters to make adoption pickup plans BEFORE they are 4 weeks of age. If no plans are made by that time, you will also lose your reservations. Please DO NOT reserve any rats if you think you will have to pull out of the reservation at any point in the adoption process and scheduled pickup.
Harlan Lab Block and Dry Mix Sales
I will only be selling limited quantities of the Harlan 2018 and 2014 blocks as I have not been able to find a reliable, constant, or economical source for the block. I will sell up to 10 lbs of block to any one person until May 2008 when the new shipment comes in. I apologize for the lack of block available through me. I will no longer be selling any of the bedding or the dry mix unless by special request only.
