Rat Nutrition Guide
Rats love fresh fruit and veggies. For proper and complete nutrition you will want to provide your rats fresh fruits and veggies at the very least three times a week. Below is a listing of what are some good kinds of fruits and veggies to feed them. It is not a complete list, merely a rough guide to what is good for them. When feeding your rat give only what can be consumed in a 24 hour period so that you can maintain freshness and be aware of how much your rats eat. Rats will hide stashes so check favorite spots. If you feed your rats blocks or a fortified mix, they should be 80% of their diet and fresh fruits and vegies the other 20%.
